Acer and Microsoft to Cooperate More Win10 Based Products

TAIPEI, Taiwan - Taiwanese technology brands Acer, today held its global press conference to showcase new Windows 10 devices in Taipei, Taiwan. Jason Chen, CEO of Acer said that Acer currently has more than one hundred windows 10 based products, and will work with Microsoft to launch more products using windows 10 systems.

Acer opened the event with a symphony which was composed by windows 10 based notebooks to play the opening music. Although it did not have stunning momentum, but clearly conveyed that Acer will use win10 system as a basis for its product innovation.

For the Release of windows 10, Chen expressed a highly support. "The Windows 10 launch is the biggest initiality of IT industry," he said.

With the verbal affirmation, Acer also takes practical action to show its support for the windows 10. Acer currently has over one hundred win10 based products, including notebooks, 2-in-1 PC, mini PCs, desktop, AIO PC, monitor and smart phones. The smart phones, Acer Liquid Jade Primo, is also the industry's first smartphone using win10 system.

Furthermore, Acer is the most supported Windows 10 PC supplier, not only introduced a variety of win10 products, but also the largest preloaded win10 PC copmay in terms of sales. "According to GFk, acer is the NO. 1 preloaded windows 10 PC sales in Asia and Europ." Chen said.

He also pointed that there are already 10% of consumer PCs in Taiwan have already upgraded to windows 10.
