Building on the base of TOD products, INX will introduce a series of TID (Touch In Display) high-end smart phone panel products. Using a simplified manufacturing process, these highly efficient, highly integrated products offer better product performance, and thin, lightweight and streamlined exterior design, expanding the multi-touch capacitive panel applications to build rich smart-tech living.
Utilizing panel and IC integration technology, the 5-inch, 5.2-inch and 5.5-inch FHD TID touch panels are thin and lightweight, feature narrow bezels for sophisticated exterior design, and high-resolution TID technology for clearer images. The 5-inch HD TID touch panel does not require an additional touch panel, allowing it to appear thin and lightweight.
INX is also introducing the 5.2-inch FHD HIC touch panel to provide customers with a greater diversity of choices. Combining optical alignment with LTPS+AAS technology, the ultra-narrow bezel brings the phone a more sophisticated look and the higher resolution renders images clearer with more vivid colors. The 5.5-inch FHD HIC touch panel is a highly efficient, highly integrated product; it integrates drive/touch IC, is thin and lightweight with a narrow bezel featuring high resolution.
In non-touch mobile phone panels, INX is showcasing the 5.5-inch FHD Slim BLU panel, which has an overall thickness equivalent to an OLED module. Integrating the light guide plate and optical film, it is designed using less components with simplified assembly, making it lightweight and thin, freeing up more usable area and reaching a price-performance ratio comparable to OLED - a key quality of this product.
The 5.2-inch FHD panel, on the other hand, is a smart phone panel that provides a better grip, features high resolution and a narrow bezel. The 0.8mm narrow bezel allows more design flexibility. Utilizing high color saturation LEDs and integrated ICs, the 5.5-inch FHD panel offers high resolution, high color saturation and a narrow bezel, as well as dynamic, smooth images with realistic image quality and vibrant colors.
To meet customers’ requirements for high-end products, the 5.7-inch QHD panel combines optical alignment with LTPS+AAS technology, and features QHD resolution and a 0.7mm ultra-thin bezel. The thin, lightweight and portable panel also features high resolution for clear, sharp text and images.
As games, recreation, entertainment, education and business activities worldwide further embrace digitalization, tablet panel products are catering to end users’ requirements in their pursuit of convenient digital living. In response to the market’s direction, INX will be showcasing 8-inch to 12-inch tablet panel products at Touch Taiwan 2016.
The 8-inch WUXGA TOD touch panel is made through a streamlined manufacturing solution, providing customers with a high price-performance ratio. For non-touch tablet panel products, by automated modular process, INX has uniquely developed the ultra-thin and lightweight 8-inch WUXGA tablet panel. By integrating optical film and polarizing film in the backlight module, using thin modules and a simplified manufacturing procedure, defect-free rate is improved.
The lightweight, space-saving and thin design also allows for more flexible designs. The 10.1-inch WQXGA panel is a retina display offering up to 299ppi resolution, showcasing high-end specifications. The 12-inch WUXGA+ high-resolution tablet panel product features high resolution and low energy consumption, allowing for longer standby and usage times.
