TAIPEI, Taiwan — AppNeta and AAEON announced that the two companies have partnered to offer new product enhancements to AppNeta’s performance monitoring platform...
AAEON is a prominent global manufacturer of computer hardware systems and a subsidiary of ASUS. As part of this partnership, AppNeta Performance Manager now runs on AAEON’s new hardware platform based on the Intel Denverton series with QAT technology.
AppNeta Performance Manager includes an entirely new suite of physical and virtual monitoring points that easily scale from the smallest remote offices to the largest data centers. Because the widespread adoption of SaaS apps within the modern enterprise has created larger, more dense networks, it’s now more essential than ever for IT to have monitoring solutions that can deliver insights at scale and into cloud environments outside of their control.
AppNeta's newest monitoring points add support for Azure Cloud and IBM Cloud platforms, automatic BGP route analysis, and active DNS monitoring. The AAEON hardware provides the ability to monitor and optimize for SD-WAN deployments in the remote office. AAEON’s work on new hardware delivered multi-WiFi capabilities unavailable on any other network monitoring devices.
AppNeta’s SaaS-based platform provides actionable visibility into the network performance and associated end-user experience of business-critical applications. AppNeta supports all modern application deployment architectures, including hybrid or public cloud, SaaS-based, and private data centers. Over 1,100 AppNeta customers leverage the platform’s real-time monitoring and end-to-end path, packet, flow, and URL HTTP/S data types.
AppNeta Performance Manager’s proven scalability empowers CIOs and IT Operations teams to obtain a centralized and cost-effective understanding of the real-world performance impact of their journey to the Cloud, from any combination of thousands of locations, including headquarters, large regional offices, or small remote offices.
“The market for Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics (NPMD) is growing rapidly and strategically important to us,” said Howard Lin, CEO at AAEON. “We have been impressed with AppNeta’s innovations and technology leadership and this new partnership will enable us to rapidly expand into this space as a leading network appliance provider.”
“AAEON’s design capability and support through the design process is second to none, making them the ideal partner to help AppNeta deliver the actionable insights into network performance that enterprises need,” said Matt Stevens, CEO of AppNeta. “By leveraging AAEON’s latest hardware platform, we can bring AppNeta Performance Manager to enterprise IT teams faster than ever, and at the scale they need to support the wealth of SaaS and web-based solutions that define the modern enterprise.”
