This ultra-efficient LED light tube demonstrates Lextar’s commitment to LED lighting product innovation. The new tube delivers as high as 200 lumens per watt which is 25% more efficient compared to comparable products made by tier-one brands. Besides, it distributes 360 degree of view angle, giving customers, especially for cove lighting or advertising light box, a compelling alternative against 180-degree products currently in the market.

This tube illustrates Lextar’s high quality of LED technology capability, said Lextar. The LED flip chip features high lumen per area. The Chip Scale Package (CSP) is implemented for it shortens the process without conventional LED lead frame and therefore can emit widely. Lextar also takes an innovative method of Chip On Glass (COG) that utilizes the transparency characteristic of glass to achieve 360 degree beam spread. With Lextar’s optical, mechanical, and heat dissipation design incorporated, Lextar will present the prototype at Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) soon, and schedule mass production next year.
