Setting the device apart from its predecessors is its more abundant set of system resources. In addition to an expanded Flash memory capacity of 32K×16, allowing possibilities for a more functionally diverse range of products, the device also includes an integrated 1.8V A/D converter.

This unique A/D converter is suitable for various home appliances which utilise sensors for measurements such as temperature, humidity etc. These could be found in products such as display type air conditioning remote controllers, learning remote controllers, individual weather stations, electric pressure cookers and other electrical appliances which incorporate both an LCD display and temperature control.

The main difference between the HT67F370 device and the HT69F3x0 series is in its 12-channel 12-bit A/D converter. The A/D converter integrated within the HT67F370 device, when used together with external sensors, can be used to measure environmental analog signals, which can not only display the values on an LCD, but also use a controlled PWM for adjustment.

The A/D converter operating voltage can be as low as 1.8V, a feature which provides longer operating times when used in battery powered products. With regard to the system resources, the HT67F370 has an expanded 32K×16 bits of Flash Memory, 2048x8 bits of RAM Data Memory and 256x8 bits of True EEPROM Data Memory.

The device is supplied in 64-pin and 80-pin LQFP package types with the 64-pin LQFP package being fully compatible with the HT69F350/HT69F360 pin assignments and the 80-pin LQFP package being fully compatible with the HT69F360 pin assignment.
