HOLTEK New BC66F2143 Sub-1GHz RF Transmitter MCU
Holtek announces the release of its new Sub-1GHz RF OOK/FSK Transmitter Flash MCU, the BC66F2143. This new device, which can operate in the license-free ISM bands...
As an extension, this new device provides a higher range of resources and peripheral functions. It provides a blood glucose measurement circuit which is composed of a high accuracy programmable reference voltage source, a dedicated operational amplifier and an analog to digital converter. As well as improved functional performance, this new device is also equipped with additional functional resources. As for memory, it includes 48Kx16 of Flash Program Memory, 1024x8 of Data Memory and 64x8 of True EEPROM.
All features combine to ensure the device is suitable for use in high level blood glucose meter applications or for the implementation of an HCT measurement function with an external operational amplifier. Having glucose and blood pressure two-in-one measurements can also be implemented by using the device together with the BH66F2232 Blood Pressure module.
The device is an LCD type MCU and supplied in two package types, 64-pin and 80-pin LQFP, allowing it to meet the various requirements of a range of low or high level blood glucose meters with different functions.
