Acer Participates in the Private Placement of Apacer Shares
Published: Nov 04,2022TAIPEI, Taiwan - Acer announced today that its Board of Directors approved the participation in a private placement of 11 million shares of Apacer Technology Inc. (TWSE: 8271) at a price of NT$33 per share. The total amount is NT$363 million, and after this private placement, Acer will own 8.97% of Apacer shares.
