Inventec Head to Solar and 3D Printing Market

(Taipei, Taiwan) In order to improve profitability, Inventec is actively expanding solar and 3D printing market, hoping to increase revenue, currently its investee companies E-Ton Solar and Inventec Appliances has begun seeking the market opportunities.

Inventec, Taiwan ODM companies, for compensating for the NB market declined, expand diversified business, cloud computing applications and solar energy is the most important two. And the red hot 3D printing market is the other new one for Inventec.

E-Ton Solar general manager Zhang Wen-ching said that the solar industry growth will be positive next year, is expected to gradually ease the pressure on the stock. To improve the margin, the development of monocrystalline module will be the first priority to E-Ton Solar.

Inventec Appliances is aimed at the 3D printing market, Inventec Appliances general manager Ho said that, Inventec Appliances has been established 3D printing research and development center in Shanghai , and will focus on the personal 3D printing equipment.
