According to the TSMC’s inner information, Chairman Chen stayed in TSMC for one hour to hear the Chang’s presentation as well as visit particularly the TSMC’s 28 Nano manufacturing plant in Fab 14 Phase III factory (P3) in Tainan Science Park.
Chang’s personal presentation to Chairman Chen, an important official for the connection between Taiwan and mainland china, reveals that TSMC took this visit for seriously. Based on the inner information, Morris Chang didn’t hold a closed door meeting with Chairman Chen but refuse to reveal anything about Chen’s speaking in the meeting.
Besides TSMC, on Thursday Chairman Chen called on the Kaohsiung Port, Kaohsiung Software Technology Park and experienced 5-dimension flying film produced by ZOWIE Technology Corporation.
