TAIPEI, Taiwan — In order to get the market share of the 4G entry-level handset, HTC said that it will unveil Desire 510 soon. It will be firstly released in Europe and Asia, Source said that the price of Desire 510 will be around NT$5,000 dollars that is really a sharp weapon for penetrating the 4G market, and Compal Electronics will be its OEM/ODM partner.

HTC Desire 510 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chipset with 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 306 GPU. That's the first 64-bit Snapdragon chipset to make it to an actual device. It has a gig of RAM and 8GB of built-in memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot.
The device's display is a 4.7-inch FWVGA unit. Its main camera is a 5MP unit, coupled with front-facing VGA snapper. HTC Desire 510 boots Sense-d Android 4.4 KitKat.
Available in Terra White and Meridian Grey with polycarbonate chassis, and supporting Android 4.4 with HTC Sense. It is believed that Compal Electronics will be its OEM/ODM partner again after Desire 310.
It is said that the price of Desire 510 will be around NT$5,000 dollars, and meeting 4G entry-level users' needs.
