650 Firms to Join the SEMICON Taiwan 2014 on Wed.

TAIPEI, Taiwan — SEMICON Taiwan 2014 will be the highlight of semicondoctor industry this week, which is going to be held at Nangang Exhibition Hall from September 3 to 5. There will be 1,400 booths from 650 firms, and the visitor is estimated to reach 40 thousand people, as well as more than 120 experts will be taken part in 21 forums regarding the market trend and technology, discussing advanced assembly technology, high-tech factory, and sustainable production.

According to the organizer, SEMICON Taiwan 2014 has been running 19 times, this time will be the biggest SEMICON Taiwan ever in terms of 650 participants, 1,410 booths, and 40 thousand visitors. 3D IC, assembly, equipment, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), high-tech factory, and sustainable production are the market trend of forums this year.
SEMICON Taiwan 2014 will invite leaders from Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc., Cadence, Imec Taiwan Co., Inotera memories, and TSMC to take part in the SEMICON Taiwan forums, sharing what are the next big things.
Moreover, SEMICON Taiwan 2014 will also divide exhibition zones by nation, such as China, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, and Moscow will be all participated in it.
