eMemory has been actively working with China-based foundries since 2002 and established long-term partnership with six world-class foundries. At the same time, 280 fabless semiconductor clients have also adopted eMemory’s eNVM solutions in their product designs.
Collectively, eMemory has achieved outstanding results of more than 800 thousand wafers manufactured in China, and extensive process platform deployments including logic, high-voltage (HV), analog, Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD), and the green process exclusively developed by eMemory.
All of which aim to assist foundries to reach better economies of scale. The broad applications of eMemory SIP include Power Management ICs (PMIC), Microcontroller ICs (MCU), MEMS Controllers (MEMS), Bluetooth ICs, Display driver ICs (DDI), and Radio Frequency ICs (RFIC); which translate features into benefits for consumer electronics, white goods, and smart mobile devices application clients.
eMemory’s eNVM solutions and highly integrated support service has been recognized by its long-term partners, and is honored to receive the Best IP Partner Award in 「Specialty NVM IP Area」 and 「Specialty Application IP Field」 at SMIC’s 13th and 14th Technology Symposium.
