Within, Taiwan Takisawa is honored to receive year 2022 Taiwan Excellence Awards for Machine Model AX-1500, which it includes Hydrostatic Oil Bearing Slideways design, and zero friction, low vibration, high precision, high rigidity. Using Air Bearing technic on Spindle rotation can provide a high CPK and High precision, and appliable on ultra-high precision process requirement, which can bind dynamic equilibrium and active vibration isolation system.

NX-2500 series represents Takisawa Tech new generation high rigidity and high precision multi-function machine design, applying also back tilt lathe and box guide way design to improve the structure rigidity and stability, having 4 matchable types of Turret module and 6 axis process combination.

New generation FX-1500 series include double Spindle and Double Turret design, also including milling function. Each of the Turret can independently choose Y axis or milling process, and includes triangle column and linear/box guide way combination of X / Y axis. Including also high rigidity and high precision, upper and down Y axis combination, increasing tooling position and processing flexibility, with high stability on thermal displacement, easy to relocate the finish workpiece even with the down Y axis.

The EX-2000 series include high rigidity and high precision turning/milling multi-function machine has been honored with Taiwan Excellence Awards of year 2021. It focus on fulfilling multiple processing task, space saving design, and totally improving on feedrate speed, increasing the production efficiency. High modulization design, including 6 axis feature, and it can install milling and turning process on the Turret. Another possibility is to include Y axis, tailstock or sub-Spindle, and also choose high precision accessories combining with automation system.

Both of them can install milling / turning system on the Turret, or Y axis, tailstock, sub-spindle and others, even choosing many types of high precision accessories and upper/down carrying system for fulfilling automation production line and many other processing requirement. Specially for EX-2000, which it emphasizes “smaller but pretty, high efficiency, with one of this machine you can replace other seven”.

All of the above is the result of Takisawa effort since year 2020. We have solid investment on design and manufacturing digitalization, which provides user the top efficiency on the production. Saving the user’s cost for extra devices/equipment, metal sheets, weight, even shipment cost and raw material cost.

Every Takisawa Tech.’s machine has quality control test for dynamic vibration balance with real workpiece in process, which is better than only testing the machine before shipment, with this, improving even more the precision of each machine.
