HOLTEK New HT82R732 Extremely Low Power Consumption e-Banking MCU

Holtek announce new e-Banking ASSP MCU, the HT82R732. The device includes a range of special integrated features such as a high precision 32.768kHz RTC oscillator, a high capacity RAM Data Memory and an internal LCD driver. One major feature of this new device is that it only requires a typical standby current of 0.9uA for a VDD voltage of 3V, even when the RTC oscillator and the LCD Driver remain operational. This extremely low power consumption characteristic ensures that the device is specifically suited for use in the e-Token application area as well as a range of other battery powered products.
