Holtek's new I/O type HT68F20-1 and A/D type HT66F20-1 are SRAM 64 Bytes without switch Bank

Holtek is delighted to announce the release new additions to its Enhanced Flash series MCUs, in the form of its I/O type HT68F20-1 and the A/D type HT66F20-1. The devices include an upgraded SRAM 64 Byte Memory area, which remove the need for memory bank switching operations. These new devices have a Program Memory capacity of 1K×16, an SRAM Data Memory capacity of 64×8 as well as 32×8 of Data EEPROM. In addition to the Crystal and External RC oscillators, the devices also include an accurate internal high frequency RC Oscillator with a selectable frequency of 4, 8 and 12MHz and an additional low frequency internal 32KHz oscillator. Additional features include 4 software SCOM outputs which can directly drive small pixel count LCD panels and external SPI and I2C communication interfaces, providing users with a wide range of communication possibilities.
