The HT45B1S contains all the required level shifting functions, LDO etc. With regard to protection features it also includes an under voltage protection function, so that should the system voltage fall below a pre-set voltage value, the device will prevent the external IGBTs from generating outputs to avoid unstable conditions.
The HT45B1S is supplied in an 8-pin SOP package type.
