As the conversion efficiency can be up to 90%, the resulting energy loss savings eliminates the need for device heat sinking. The operating temperature is -40°C ~ 85°C and with their high noise immunity, the devices are suited for a range of consumer audio products, such as tablets, mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers, electronic dictionaries, voice toys etc..

The HT82V7524 device is a mono Class D amplifier which is supplied in an 8SOP-EP package type and pin compatible with other manufacturer’s devices. The HT82V7534 device is a stereo Class D amplifier which is supplied in a 20TSSOP-EP package type.

Each device channel can deliver 3 watts into a 4 ohm load at a 5V operating voltage. Other advantages include a 1.8V minimum operating voltage and a function to reducing the annoying "pop" sound which can occur during power on/off operations. Additional functions are anti-clipping distortion, automatic output power control, over current protection, over temperature protection and short
