The LED curing lamps ensure utmost reliability in adhesive curing. Their slim design makes it possible to combine any number of lamp modules of the same type, allowing homogeneous curing of large bonding areas.

Both DELOLUX 20 and DELOLUX 202 with a wavelength of 400 nm have been optimized. They now provide significantly higher intensities, evenly distributed over the entire irradiated area. The respective light exit areas of the lamp heads are 100 x 100 and 200 x 50 mm². Both models are available in two versions each, with intensities up to 2,000 and 1,000 mW / cm², respectively, allowing for flexible use depending on the requirement.

The newly developed base unit DELOLUX pilot enables control and power supply of up to four lamp heads, leaving only one of up to five necessary devices.

Furthermore, it comes with a modern user interface and can be operated via a large touch screen. Designed to meet industrial requirements, the touch screen ensures optimal handling and readability even under difficult conditions.

User profiles with individual assignment of rights help maintain a high level of process quality. The user language can be set depending on the profile, thus facilitating international use.
