HOLTEK New HT45B3305H CAN Bus Controller

Holtek announces the release of its new CAN Bus interface controller IC, the HT45B3305H. The CAN physical layer supports up to a 1 Mbit/s high speed network, supplying excellent performance to industrial communication applications, making the device suitable for use in automotive electronics such as body control modules, steering/window peripheral control, automotive lighting and air conditioning control. It can also be used in intelligent buildings such as for elevators and escalators, HVAC control, lighting modules or for industrial control such as Industry 4.0 applications, alarm control, real-time/remote monitoring and other related application areas.

The device has an integrated CAN module licensed from Bosch and supports the CAN 2.0A/B protocol specifications and conforms to ISO11898-1:2003 standards. It includes 32 message objects that are used for data transfer and can support a received enhanced full CAN structure. The device includes SPI and I²C communication interfaces. It has an application temperature of -40℃~125℃ and is supplied in 16-pin NSOP/QFN package types.
