Holtek announced the release of its new TinyPower ultra low quiescent current high PSRR LDO series, the HT73Lxx. The new series include an ultra-low quiescent current of 1.35μA and a maximum output current value of 250mA. With an output voltage accuracy of ±2%, the HT73Lxx series also provide over current and over temperature protection.
These new devices include a chip enable pin, which when low, will reduce the current consumption down to 0.1μA. With its additional internal output fast discharge function these new regulator devices open up new application possibilities. The HT73Lxx devices provide a variety package types including 4-pin DFN, SOT89 and SOT23-5.
The devices can be used in a diverse range of portable and other applications which require high output voltage accuracy such as wearable devices, portable devices and wireless power equipment.
