TAIPEI, Taiwan - Qualcomm and Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the development of 4G+/5G and Internet of Things(IoTs). Qualcomm will set up a technology lab in Taiwan to help Taiwanese telecom operators, network and communication solutions providers, and phone makers to develop 5G and IoTs technology.
