AME Introduces High Efficiency 2A Synchronous Boost Converter

AME Microelectronics announced the launch of a series of DC-DC boost converter - AME5125, This boost converter is designed by hysteretic current control topology to obtain maximum efficiency and integrated MOSFET.

Input voltage is 2.7V ~ 5.5V, providing maximum output current of 5.5A, mainly used in portable power, Bluetooth speakers, such as single cell for Powered portable devices related products for alkaline batteries, nickel metal hydride or lithium batteries.

AME5125 is synchronous boost converter, the quiescent current of 60μA, the output voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V, providing adjustable Voltage versions. Greatly simplifies the application circuit, save cost and reduce PCB space.

This product is suitable for battery input voltage required.

For providing a low quiescent current and high efficiency, it can effectively extend battery life longevity and provides consumers a longer operating time.
