"The addition of 256 QAM modulation in the downlink allows users to experience even higher data rates when coupled with three component carrier aggregation," said Joe DePond, general manager of Keysight's Mobile Broadband Operation. "The UXM's powerful architecture provides the flexibility required to rapidly evolve with today's wireless advancements, accelerating high-end devices to market and enabling increased data rates for end users."
The UXM's built-in fading, integrated applications server, and easy-to-use touch screen interface, make it simple for LTE-Advanced design and test engineers to validate their device's true data performance. Coupled with X-Series measurement applications for RF transmitter test, and flexible receiver test capabilities such as closed loop testing and highly-configurable channel allocations, the UXM provides the cutting-edge capabilities needed to fully characterize device performance and assess design readiness with greater confidence.
