The device includes a flash program memory capacity of 1K×14 bits and an SRAM data memory capacity of 64 bytes. An internal 32 byte true EEPROM is also provided to store non-volatile data such as application setup parameters. The device has a 10-bit Compact type and 10-bit Periodic type Timer Module, two Time Base functions, a high precision 16MHz fully internal RC oscillator as well as Low Voltage Detect and Low Voltage Reset functions. By incorporating slew rate control functions on the I/O ports, the receiver has greatly reduced sensitivity to logic I/O transitions.

The device also includes an integrated a low noise amplifier, a VCO, a digital demodulator function and a simplified wireless receiver circuit design. Its operation voltage ranges from 4.0V to 5.5V and meets with industrial specifications requirements of -40℃ ~ 85℃. Low power features and a receiver sensitivity of up to -97dBm add to the range of device features. The device is supplied in a 16-pin NSOP-EP package type to meet the requirements of today’s small low profile wireless products and modules.

These new devices now offer extended functions over the already released HT66FB5x0 and HT68FB5x0 device series. They are provided with an ISP online firmware update function using its USB interface and also support ICP, ISP and IAP modes to provide a means for easy and fast development for USB related peripheral products.
