The device contains a rich set of system resources, including a Flash Program Memory capacity of 2K words, a Data Memory capacity of 128 bytes, a True EEPROM Memory capacity of 32 bytes and several Timer Modules providing an enhanced level of application flexibility.

Several external interrupt functions are provided to simultaneously operate with multiple types of position sensors, such as Hall Sensor, Micro-switches, etc., which are used to sense the automatic recloser switch position. A 12-bit A/D Converter is also provided for power monitoring or other related applications. The integrated H-Bridge and motor driving circuit can easily implement Motor forward rotation/reversal and brake control.

The circuitry also contains complementary/non-complementary PWMs, deadtime control as well as fool-proof protection functions. Having all the above mentioned features provides this dedicated MCU the advantages of smaller PCB areas and reduced manufacturing BOM costs, thus improving production efficiency and uniformity.
