HOLTEK New HT66F2030 Small Package MCU

Holtek announced the release of a new addition to its small package Flash type range, the HT66F2030. The device features a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V~5.5V, a fast power on function, integrated high accuracy oscillators, an accurate A/D reference voltage and is supplied in a small outline QFN package.

Additionally, the device provides a variety of communication interfaces, which enables it to be used as a master MCU or as a peripheral bridge MCU. The device will find excellent use in a wide range of applications such as small home appliances, power tools, industrial control, smart wearable devices, transmitters, etc.

With regard to memory, the device has a Flash Program Memory capacity of 2K×15, a Data Memory capacity of 128×8 and an EEPROM capacity of 32×8. As for peripheral functions, the device contains a 10-bit CTM, a 10-bit PTM, two Time Bases, an internal 12-bit A/D Converter as well as SPI/I²C/UART interfaces. The internal high frequency oscillator has a fixed frequency of 8MHz with an accuracy of up to ±1%. The A/D converter reference voltage is 1.2V with an accuracy of up to ±1%.

With regards to packaging, the HT66F2030 is supplied in 8-pin SOP, 10-pin SOP/MSOP and 16-pin NSOP/SSOP/QFN package types, which are pin compatible with the HT66F002 device which have the same package types.
