Holtek announces the release of its new wireless communication dedicated MCU, an Arm Cortex-M0+ core Sub-1GHz GFSK transceiver, the HT32F67233. The device operates in the 315/433/470/868/915MHz license-free ISM Bands and is suitable for wireless bidirectional transmission applications such as in smart homes, security products, industrial/agricultural automation, data acquisition and recording, etc.

The device has an operating frequency of up to 40MHz, contains a 32KB Flash memory, a 4 KB SRAM and provides a maximum RF transmitting power of +20dBm. Its receiving current can be as low as 5.8mA at 433MHz. It supports both OOK and GFSK modulation and has a transmission rate of up to 250Kbps. The device also includes an Auto-Transmit-Receive (ATR) function.
With regard to interfaces, it contains 21 GPIO pins and multiple communication interfaces, including UART, USART, I²C and SPI type interfaces. It has an operating voltage range of 2.0V~3.6V and is supplied in a 46-pin QFP package type.
