To fulfill the needs of well connectivity, expansion and security, the system supports wireless connections (3G/ GPRS or Wi-Fi), four COM ports, two isolated gigabit LAN, RTC battery, and two watchdog timers. Furthermore, its unique thermal design ensures reliable operation in critical environments at temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. The ready-to-run rBOX310-4COM equipped with smart AXView monitoring software is a total solution for power plant automation, facility monitoring systems, intelligent transportation systems, and more.

The robust rBOX310-4COM features rich I/O interfaces: four RS-232/422/485 ports, two isolated gigabit Ethernet, powerful storage interfaces, including one 2.5” SATA SSD (or HDD) and CompactFlash socket as well as 12~48 VDC terminal block power input with two power paths for industrial use. In addition, the excellent power design does not only reduce the running cost but also fulfills the intelligent computing and communication solutions in critical environments.
This compact system adopts an IP30-rated aluminum and steel enclosure. Its significant anti-vibration design can endure up to 5G. Its fanless and cabless design increases reliability, extends MTTR, and reduces maintenance efforts.
The rBOX310-4COM meets Safety Agency requirements and has passed heavy industrial CE with FCC Part 18 testing; hence, the unit provides high operational reliability and stability.
The RTC battery (battery onboard & gold-capacity onboard) provides power for the internal real time clock & calendar and is ideally suited to vibration environment. In addition, the gold-capacity onboard would be 1st backup battery without consuming battery onboard when power shut-down which reduces maintenance efforts.
The rBOX310-4COM comes with smart AXView software package for quick and easy startup, and has two Watchdog Timers for twice the security. Based on SNMP protocols, AXView makes it easy to manage and monitor remote computers for system administrators.
