In addition to rich rear I/O that includes 6 x USB, 2 x COM, 1 x HDMI, and 2 x gigabit Ethernet ports, the UTC-320D/E frame features pre-perforated removable docking station sections on all four sides to enable the integration of diverse peripherals, such as a 5M camera, MSR, RFID reader, smart card reader, and 1/2D barcode scanner, for extended system functionality. Furthermore, the removable frame design offers flexibility for stand-alone, panel, or VESA mount installation to support a wide range of applications.

UTC-320D/E is the ideal all-in-one touch computer that can be employed as a multi-purpose kiosk, equipment control terminal, interactive digital signage, or meeting room control panel, making it suitable for retail, hospitality, transport, laboratory, and public space applications.

Equipped with the UTC-300 series’ signature plastic exterior, the UTC-320 is the slimmest and most lightweight all-in-one touch computer available on the market. The UTC-320 platform can be equipped with either an entry-level Intel Celeron J1900 (UTC-320D) processor, or a high-performance Intel Core i5 (UTC-320E) processor to support applications that require high horsepower to drive ARP or SRP software. I

n terms of display, the width of the UTC-320D/E bezel is only 18 mm, narrower than that of the other UTC-300 series products. This combined with the 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution provides a superior viewing experience.

Advantech’s UTC-320D/E supports multiple configurations and diverse peripherals that greatly extend the system functions and potential applications. Modularized peripherals can be easily integrated via the pre-perforated removable docking station sections located on the four sides of the system frame. Besides peripherals such as a 5M camera, MSR, RFID reader, smart card reader, and 1/2D barcode scanner, the UTC-320D/E can also be equipped with customized I/O upon request to enable value-added functionality.

Besides the detachable frame design, the UTC-320D/E supports a wide input voltage range (12 ~ 30 V) to ensure installation flexibility in any commercial and industrial environment. The introduction of UTC-320D/E makes Advantech’s UTC-300 series product line more comprehensive by providing a reliable and economical platform that can be integrated with numerous peripherals. Finally, Advantech also offers in-house support for Microsoft Windows Embedded 7, 8, and 10, Android 4.4.2, and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 operating systems to ensure convenient use and customersatisfaction.
