TAIEPI, Taipei－ When President Ma Ying-jeou on Tuesday attended “The Big Future of 4G” summit he expressed his complete commitment to developing 4G networking in Taiwan adding that the original goal of reaching 10 million users in 2017 with 90% 4G coverage has been moved forward and instead will have been reached by the time he leaves office in May 2016.
