Winners of d&i awards: ASRock Fatal1ty X99X Killer/3.1

An ever growing number of new and fantastic devices are being introduced to us every day, however only few of the finest receive recognition from COMPUTEX TAIPEI d&i awards. This year, ASRock the motherboard manufacturer has bagged two awards with their latest products – Fatal1ty X99X Killer/3.1 and Z170 Extreme7.

ASRock’s award winners this year come from different product lines, X99X Killer/3.1 is a motherboard dedicated for gamers. It is powered by a new X Series OC Socket that unlocks the hidden performance of LGA 2011-3 CPUs, and also comes with both Type-A and Type-C USB 3.1 ports.


Furthermore, Z170 Extreme7 is another high-end motherboard for content creation, built around Intel’s next generation flagship Z170 chipset. What we’re sure about is that it will support lots of new computing technologies such as DDR4 and native USB 3.1 as well.
