SKS Security Robots to put into Limited Production in 2015

TAIPEI, Taiwan — There is no doubt that the robot, cloud computing, and Internet of Things (IoT) are driving forces of Taiwan IT industry, a subsidiary company of the Taiwan Shin Kong Security (SKS security) is established aiming at providing the security robots. Currently, there are seven types of robots available, listed under the name from the SKS number one to the number seven. The SKS number six will be put into limited production in 2015.

Zheng Ze-fang, Assistant General Manager of SKS security technology R&D center, said that their first target will be the entertainment service, home robots, rather than for the industrial use.

Zheng Ze-fang explained that SKS security has seven types of smart robots at present. Namely, from the SKS number one to the SKS number seven, the SKS number six and seven are the accompany and security robots among which.

Apart from that, the SKS number 6S only needs an App to do the remote monitoring from a distance. The strength of the SKS number 6S is that the appearance is adorable so that it won't make customers feel like being monitored, which will be put into limited production in 2015.

According to the the Shin Kong Group, in the future it will continue to integrate imaging, communications, remote healthcare, and telemonitoring technology in order to provide safety and home care services to customers: women, children, and the elderly.

Additionally, Shin Kong Group will continue to invest in intelligent security robotics research and applications.
