The plugfest will also give participants a chance to meet key members of the HGF certification process: the chair of the Compliance and Interoperability Work Group - Abdul Khan, the Marketing Work Group chair - Livia Rosu, and HomeGrid’s new president - Donna Yasay, who will be making her first trip to Asia on behalf of HomeGrid.

“Certification has always been an important cornerstone of our strategy and a good indicator of our progress. Interest from members and their partners has been growing rapidly,” said Donna. “Allion Labs has received many requests for certification from system vendors and we expect to be making further certification announcements in the next few weeks. The plugfest will encourage and underpin our certification program and I am delighted that we are able to offer this opportunity to our members.”

“ I am looking forward to meeting so many of the key players in HomeGrid Forum’s development. It will also give me a chance to get to know the Asian market first-hand, as this is one of our key geographies and is making great strides in deploying G.hn for in-home networks.”
