TAIPEI, Taiwan — The concept of innovation and entrepreneurship have gone viral globally, the “Technology, Happiness on the way Innovative Technology Projects@TAF” is arranged by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and presented by 13 local research firms is being held at Taiwan Air Force (TAF) in an attempt to demonstrate how the technology makes lifes more convenient.

“The handheld Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scanner is designed for non-destructive scanning for skin, oral cavity and ophthalmology.” said Clement Cheng, Analyst of the Biomedical Technology and Device Research Laboratories of ITRI.
Clement Cheng stated that there are many cosmetics in the market that even the provider can’t prove its performance. “With this scanner at hand, it can test your skin quality within 10 seconds.”
However, the exhibition is divided into three themes, and each has a different show time.
The “Happy Way” is being held on September 17 to October 7, where the portable interactive projection device and OLED lighting are highlights of the exhibition.
The “Healthy Living” will be showcased on October 23 to November 12, which specialized in the concept of healthy living. For example, leather shoes and waterproof sportswear that are made out of the novel manufacturing processes.
The “Smart Transportation” will be started on December 4 to December 24, one of the must-see is the anti-theft system for bicycles.
