Microsoft Cooperates with WIS to Attract 100,000 Taiwanese SMEs to Join Office 365 Services

TAIPEI, Taiwan - Microsoft Taiwan yesterday announced the cooperation with WIS, an leading Taiwanese domain name registeration, co-location and virtual hosting services provider, to expand CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program in the next three years, to attract 100,000 SMEs to use Office 365 cloud services in Taiwan.

Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program is to deliver a platform for its partners to own the end-to-end customer engagement by enabling partners to directly provision, bill, and support Microsoft Cloud Services for their customers.

“At this stage, over 80% of Fortune 500 are using Office 365. They have been able to grow their business by almost 70%. About 60% of enterprise customers are using the premium services. They choose the full portfolio, such as Skype for Business, and Yammer technology for social media integration. On top of that, there is another important trend. Office 365 is a fundamental opportunity to enable customers to enforce on Rights Management,” Ralph Haupter, Corporate Vice President, Chairman and CEO, Microsoft Greater China Region said.
