After asking the respondents "Do you agree or not to continue using mobile payment to make transactions, acquire merchandises and use services in the future," over 70% of mobile payment users completed the statement with "totally agree" and "agree", 26.8% with "neural," and merely 2.1% with "disagree" and "totally disagree," according to a questionnaire-based survey conducted by MIC.
"This reflects that over 70% of mobile payment users have high levels of willingness to continue using mobile payments while 35.2% of mobile payment non-users show interest in using mobile payments," says Hephy Hu, industry analyst with MIC.
