MediaTek X30 is a high-end mobile CPU equipped with ten cores and three clusters architecture of computing, which is the first chip in the market using 10 nanometer process technology.
MediaTek said that by using 10nm, ten cores and three clusters technologies, X30 increased performance by 35% and reduced power consumption by 50% compared with the previous generation.
Jeffrey Ju, Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer at MediaTek, said that consumers require smartphones to handle more and more tasks, and MediaTek’s solutions are in accordance with the needs of doing various tasks by providing exceptional computing power in the smartphones.
