Innolux to Offering Competitive Compensation for Retaining Its Talent

TAIPEI, Taiwan – Innolux, a Taiwanese LCD display panel maker, announced today that its new President & COO Robert Shiao decided to offering competitive compensation for retaining its talent, to lead the sustainable development of the company.

Innolux noted that Mr. Robert Shiao has been visiting every corner of the company after taking up the office as President & COO of Innolux Corporation on March 16. Mr. Shiao regards talent as the essential company asset. Retaining talent by offering competitive compensation at the right time is the best way to lead the sustainable development of the company.

Immediate incentive to the direct labor is Mr. Shiao’s first step of Innolux revolution. Operation bonus will be arranged to offer to direct labor when the quarterly target is met under profitable season.

For indirect labor, incentive bonus will be offered after Chinese New Year and shareholders’ meeting based on the company’s profit status and the performance of department and individual.

Mr. Shiao expresses his gratefulness to the employees who helped the recovery of the earthquake damage in February earlier this year (Magnitude: Tainan 5.6, Koahsiung above 6).

“2017Q1 was a busy season rather than traditional low period. With the positive development, full utility rate, and the success of quarterly target, direct labor is going to receive operation bonus in early April, together with the regular March wages.” Mr. Shiao said.

The goal of Mr. Shiao is to have all Innolux employees to experience the advancement of the company together. By catching the upturn of the panel industry in 2017, Innolux should develop its own stable and long-term profitable model and achieve a comprehensive revolution to usher in a new era.
