This new device contains a 64KB Flash Program Memory and an 8KB RAM. It also contains an analog front-end circuit which can be used to dynamically adjust the transmitter current intensity and receiver signal sensitivity. In addition, it can remove the DC blood oxygen signals while retaining the AC blood oxygen signals. This improves the blood oxygen measurement accuracy, making it more suitable for blood oxygen measurement applications with a low perfusion index (PI). The device includes a high precision oscillator to improve the heartbeat measurement accuracy. It also supports a variety of communication interfaces including I²C, SPI, UART and USART, making it easy to connect with external OLED display modules.
The device can easily implement product adjustments and calibration functions, thus simplifying product development and production. With regard to packaging, the device is supplied in a 46-pin QFN package type.
