TJIPC Sign MOU with Go-Tech to Develop Electric Car Battery Technology

TAIPEI, Taiwan - Taiwan-Japan Industry Promotion Center (TJIPC) of III and Go-Tech Energy Co., Ltd.( Go-Tech) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of cooperation to enhance the electric vehicle industry cooperation between Taiwan and Japan, to boost bilateral electric vehicle-related industries.

Go-Tech was established in 2010, provides high-performance rechargeable battery modules and total battery swapping System solutions, is working to improve electric vehicle battery performance; TJIPC to serve the post of Japanese policy aide of government for longtime, to help Taiwan-Japan industrial cooperation.

Gong Ren-Wen, deputy executive director of III, said after signing the MOU that two side will co-execute " Joint Development Program of Electric Car Battery-Related Applications and Energy Management ".

“I believe this cooperation will help link up Go-Tech and Japan electric energy supply chain, improve product competitiveness and energy electric vehicle battery technology, to accelerate the upgrading and transformation of Taiwan electric vehicle industry value chain in the world market.”

Institute for Information Indystry(III) was incorporated as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) through the joint efforts of public and private sectors, to support the development/applications of the information industry as well as the information society in Taiwan.
