KSI is Kingston and Phison joint venture, founded in 2009, their main product is eMMC, eMCP and SLC eMC.

In order to reduce the risk of business in flash memory market, elevate the performance of business efficiency, KSI has been very positive to introduce new flash manufacturer shares.

KSI has transferred part of its own shares to Toshiba late last year. KSI also completed capital increase in August, the capital increased to NT $ 3.22 billion, and completed the introduction of Micron to invest buy shares.

With further growth of shareholder structure, will be beneficial to the future operation and development of KSI.
