GFK reported that the demand of smartphones in Cambodia has shrunk in 2013, but the total expense has grown up due to the rising prices on spending on each smartphone unit. However, maybe it's because customers tended to purchase high-end smarphones rather than the mid-tier or entry-level ones.

Jack Tong, Head of China and President of North Asia onced said “I think that the high-end handset makers will only have two giants survived here in Taiwan, most of the high-end smartphones will be replaced by mid-tier ones.”

The fact is that it's probably not also happening in Taiwan, but all over the Asia, or even the world.
