ASRock’s X99 Extreme4 has the lowest power consumption at both zero and full load conditions, and also demonstrates the lowest thermal readings.

This is due to the fact that ASRock uses a deluxe 12 power phase design, which provides the most stable voltages to the CPU for better system stability and overclocking capabilities. Contrarily, other brands only use an inferior 6 or 8 power phase design.

X99 Extreme4 is a new member of ASRock’s Super Alloy Motherboards based on Intel’s Haswell-E powered X99 platform. It supports both Intel Core i7, Xeon 18 core processors (LGA 2011-3) and the latest DDR4 quad channel memory modules.

In addition, all ASRock X99 motherboards are designed with the fastest M.2 connectors in the industry. These new interfaces can support both PCIe and SATA3 format M.2 devices with up to PCIe Gen3 x4 32Gb/s data transfer speeds.
