AVY Industrial Chairperson Dong Jun-ren said that due to the down of digital camera, the company has changed into manufacturing the smartphone cover, and it has made some progress out of it.

According to the company, AVY Industrial used to be in the leading status of manufacturing digital camera cover, now that they moved the technology into manufacturing smartphone cover. Coparing to other competitors use CNC machine to produce handset cover, AVY Industrial paired stamping machine with CNC, then relied on Nano Molding Technology (NMT) to do the injection molding.

The company is going to purchase more CNC machines up to a thousand units in 2015. And the handset conver will occupy their revenue from 40 percent to 70 percent in 2015. Besides Lenovo, AVY Industrial also demonstrated HTC M8 and iPhone handset covers, showing their R&D capability.

The company is famous for manufacturing 3D Al-cover and gradually produced toward all-sided automation, building anodizing department and plastic department and provide complete systematic production for customers.

Al-cover contains many productions, such as: traditional camera, digital camera, MP3, telephone cover, electronic dictionary, PDA, keyboard cover, scanner, parts of cars, OA equipment and so on that provides the high quality of the whole set service about mold design manufacturing, stamping production, second process and stamping production
