According to the strategic agreement, the first step of this cooperation will be setted up a joint venture company by two sides, which is expected to officially operational in May this year, and establish a IT services infrastructure in the Hon Hai’s China factory to promote new forms of IT security system services in China market.

Hon Hai stressed that it will fully assist the joint venture, which is also a part of Hon Hai’s "Industry 4.0" blueprint. The joint venture will effectively apply smart manufacturing systems and R&D process to create the next generation of innovative technology services.

In addition, both parties will work together to develop healthcare, memory modules, finance and other technology applications.
