The wearable devices are still on fire at Touch Taiwan 2015, , August 26-28, Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall in Taipei, especially the application of smartwatch.

Two new round display are unveiled by Innolux, namely 1.3-inch round display and 1.5-inch transflective round display, featuring Touch-on-Display (TOD) and on-cell touch technology. The latter could provide clearer image through transflective mode even under the outdoor sunlight, and meanwhile having high resolution and low power consumption.

This year’s Gold panel Award goes to AUO 1.4-inch full circle AMOLED display, combined with high resolution, ultra slim and light. For the outdoorsman, AUO also presents 1.3-inch transflective LTPS display adopting Memory-in-Pixel technology, providing visible image under sunlight while saving more power.

Follow by the trend of innovative display, the applicative area for wearable devices is going to extending and new mobile usage experience will expected to arise.
