Foxconn and Sharp Formally Accomplish Merger Agreement

After about one month negotiating, Foxconn and Sharp today jointly announced the historical strategic alliance of two global technology leaders. The Foxconn Group and Terry Gou acquired 66% stake in Sharp of 88 yen per share, totaled 288.811 billion yen.
