Intel and LINE Host IoT Innovation Competition in Taipei

TAIPEI, Taiwan - Intel on April 30 and May 1 in Taipei held the Intel IoT Roadshow competition. Through this activity Intel hopes to stimulate Makers’ imagination to bring each type of Internet of Things application concept to life.

In addition, LINE Corporation also took part in this year’s 2016 Intel IoT Roadshow to carry out exchanges with software developers and independent innovators in hopes of helping to increase the speed of IoT solutions development.

Intel and LINE collaborated on jointly encouraging all sectors to speed up the adoption of IoT support solutions for the software development community in communications technologies.

Furthermore, the two companies will collectively work together to develop all types of IoT support solutions, such as smart homes, digital signage, smart vending machines, and products in other domains.

Intel and LINE will select collaboration partners to integrate smart features into all kinds of terminal devices. Their goals are to create additional value added services using IoT and to create brand new user experiences.
