Chilism Acquired Mag. Layers and Becomes the Third Largest Global Inductor Provider

TAIPEI, Taiwan - Taiwanese inductor manufacturer Chilisin Electronics Corp. announced yesterday that they had acquired a 100% share in Mag. Layers Scientific Technics Co., Ltd., which is also a Taiwanese company. Following this merger, the combined market share of the two companies now exceeds 10%, and they have become the third largest global inductor component provider.

Chilisin Chief Operating Officer Yaojing Guo pointed out that with Mag. Layers joining the Chilisin Group, Chilisin is an industry consolidator and will join the ranks of the top three companies in the global inductor component provider.
Yaojing Guo also commented that they originally expected to become the third largest global company in 2019; however, following the merger with Mag. Layers, this process will accelerate for Chilisin.
Yaojing Guo also pointed out that following the acquisition of Mag. Layers, the scope of Chilisin's revenue will reach nearly NT$9 billion, and their revenue will increase by 50%. This will shrink the gap between the leading global manufacturers, and in the foreseeable future Chilisin is expected to become the third largest global inductor component provider.
