The device integrates low power consumption OPA and ACC functions and will be suitable for low speed PIR, small signal, high amplification sensor applications. Such PIR products are widely used in in applications such as garden lights, guest reception monitors, security systems, automatic doors, intelligent lighting controllers etc.

The device has a wide operating voltage of 2.2V to 5.5V, an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C thus meeting with industrial specifications and has excellent noise immunity. As for packaging, the device is supplied in 16-pin NSOP and 16-pin QFN package types.

With regards to memory, the device has a Flash Program Memory capacity of 2K words, an SRAM Data Memory capacity of 256 bytes and an EEPROM Data Memory capacity of 32 bytes. Other features include both I2C and SPI communication interfaces, integrated temperature sensor, LDO, 12-bit A/D converter and two-stage OPA where the second stage OPA has a PGA function. The device also has a fast warm-up function.
